Terms & Conditions Shell888 – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Shell888 platform in any way — including through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the first date you access the Shell888 platform.

Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute condition for using any Shell888 service. Shell888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and use the Shell888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Shell888 does not permit underage users to access the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You must register using true, accurate, and complete personal information in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently prohibited or suspended from using the Shell888 platform by any prior decision made by the Shell888 team.
• Your use of the Shell888 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in the jurisdiction where you reside.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Shell888 account. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, another person's name, or false information — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shell888 account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, including activity carried out by any third party who gains access to your account.
• You must notify Shell888 immediately via support@shell888.click if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Shell888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) at any time before processing a withdrawal or if suspicious activity is detected on an account.
• All personal information you provide to Shell888 must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Shell888 reserves the right to conduct eligibility checks and identity verification at any time based on legal compliance requirements and the platform's internal risk controls. This process is industry standard and does not imply any accusation or suspicion against the player.

Shell888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX through Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Shell888 does not accept any foreign currency.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20. There is no daily maximum deposit limit unless the player sets one through the responsible gaming feature.
• All deposits are processed in real time. Shell888 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or the player's financial institution.
• Winning withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to the account or eWallet registered by the player at sign-up. Withdrawals to any account other than the one registered will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Shell888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the Shell888 platform. Deposits made without any wagering activity prior to withdrawal will be reviewed by the Shell888 team.
• No interest is paid on player account balances at Shell888 at any time.

Shell888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified for each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• The Shell888 Welcome Bonus of up to RM500 may only be claimed once by each eligible new member. Bonus abuse through multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• The wagering requirements for each Shell888 bonus are clearly stated on the relevant promotion terms page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements before accepting any bonus.
• Shell888 bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any net winnings can be withdrawn.
• Shell888 reserves the right to void any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, multiple account creation, or fraudulent activity.
• Shell888 promotions are available to players in Malaysia only. Shell888 reserves the right to decline or cancel bonus claims from players who use a VPN or other methods to conceal their actual location.
• All Shell888 promotional offers have a defined validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on the Shell888 platform — including live casino, slots, table games, Sports Betting, and virtual sports — are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game software providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• The outcomes of all RNG games on Shell888 are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by an internationally accredited certification body. These outcomes are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding Live Casino game outcomes, the server logs recorded by Shell888 shall serve as final and binding evidence.
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled or altered. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details prior to confirmation.

Shell888 reserves the right to suspend any game or round suspected of involving a technical fault, and will notify the affected player(s) via email or in-platform notification. All decisions made by Shell888 in this regard are final.

Shell888 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To that end, the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to play or place bets automatically on the Shell888 platform.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities within the Shell888 system.
• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or others for the purpose of claiming bonuses or manipulating the Shell888 system.
• Using card counting techniques or any strategy prohibited by the rules of a specific game on the Shell888 platform.
• Misusing Shell888 promotions in ways not intended by the relevant promotion's terms.
• Threatening, abusing, or behaving disrespectfully toward any support staff or other players on the Shell888 platform.
• Attempting to hack, probe, or interfere with Shell888's technical systems in any way.

Players may close their Shell888 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via email at support@shell888.click. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any eligible cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.

• Players who wish to take a break from the platform may request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months through the Shell888 support team.
• Shell888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or a legal compliance requirement.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Shell888 will attempt to contact the player via their registered email before any action is taken on the account.
• Any decision by Shell888 to close an account due to a breach of these Terms is final once the internal review has been completed.

Shell888 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly and reliably at all times, Shell888 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or delays.

• Shell888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions or failure of the player's internet connection.
• Shell888 is not responsible for any financial decisions or losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity on the platform, including losses arising from fair gameplay and randomly generated outcomes.
• Shell888's total maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Shell888 platform is lawful in the jurisdiction where they reside. Shell888 makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of using the platform from any particular jurisdiction.

• These Terms and all related agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism designated by Shell888.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent to the extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
• Shell888's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or provision.
